Formatting of abstracts
Abstracts should be in a MS Word-readable format (doc, rtf), between 1 and 3 typewritten pages in length with spacing 1.5, and up to 7000 characters. The abstract should outline the topic, show the purpose and the type of research and include a description of the research project including whether the paper is theoretical or empirical, data sources and research method, as well as the key results and principal references. Authors should identify multiple keywords in their papers and indicate the track. Applications which do not contain the main theses of the paper or which are less than 1 page in length will not be accepted. Review of abstracts
Abstracts are reviewed by the conference Organization Committee. As a result of the review process the final decision is made to accept or reject the presentation of the report at the conference. Besides the decision, the authors are informed about any comment made by the reviewers. If the paper has several authors, the correspondence is sent to the 'corresponding author' (with the person who initially submitted the paper, or with the person who is mentioned as a 'corresponding author' on the first page).
Attention! Authors may submit more than one abstract for presentation at the conference, but only one can be accepted as first author. This author can be co-author of other submitted abstracts (papers), but not the first (corresponding) author. Papers
Full papers are not required for conference presentation. Papers can be submitted to be considered for publication in the conference proceedings. Publication
A volume of main conference proceedings, as well as a volume of students' conference proceedings are to be published in 2011. Final versions of the full papers should be submitted prior to February 15, 2011. The decision on their publication will be made by the editorial board after review. Formatting of papers
Full papers are limited to 10 typewritten pages in length with spacing 1.5, and up to 20000 characters (including tables and figures) excluding references. Any paper exceeding the specified limit will not be included in the review process.
The Organization Committee will change the final paper formatting in line with the formatting guidelines mentioned above.
